Distinctive Design Co.; Inc. begins development of a Five Star Hotel and
twenty Villas in the Seychelles Islands with Alatau Hospitality.
The developer have acquired an outer island and has constructed an air
landing strip while building one of the more striking resort
developments in the region. This small exclusive five star hotel with twenty villas on Poivre Island,
Seychelles has been designed by a well known South African architect
who has utilized tented structures to encapsulate the effect of
sailing while indigenously intermingling with the natural beauty this
